The people at St. Augustine Plantation take really good care of my mom and mother-in-law. They are patient, kind, and respectful to the residents. They always speak to my mom, hold her hand, give her a hug, and get her where she needs to be. And I can tell that my mom enjoys and appreciates the attention. I cannot single out just one person, as to me, they are all wonderful. So I am putting all of their names down that I know, in alphabetical order - please forgive me if any are misspelled or if I have forgotten someone:

SAP is a good fit for my loved one. They care about making her as happy, safe and content as they possibly can. For the range of personalities and medical needs, they do an amazing job. The place is kept clean and does not smell like other places I have been in. Having her room and clothes cleaned weekly are over and beyond. Making sure she is taking her medications daily is a relief to me.
